    Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated GLOBAL MOBILITY SPECIALIST who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Globally support the alignment between the Group/Company strategies/vision and the HR Management in terms of Global Mobility, by making sure to satisfy the business requirements consistently with the Human Resources practices and rules throughout a central definition, coordination and governance of Global Mobilities practices, guidelines, procedures and policies to also efficiently support Local/Operational HR managing International Long-Term Assignees/Secondees ("Expats")
    Contribute to the implementation of Global Mobility policies, practices, procedures and guidelines across all the Company regions and countries to guarantee the harmonization of Expats' management and treatments, by also respecting any specificity due by any local law obligation
    Contribute to the development and the homogeneous utilization of the HR Data Tools for Global Mobility, in order to have a consistent and reliable system and database (ie. HiNext, Assignment PRO, SharePoint)
    Contribute to efficiently manage the Global Mobility expenses by monitoring and analysing number of Expats and their related costs
    Contribute to manage central Global Mobility providers relations and contracts
    Centrally maintain a correct Global Mobility reporting to be shared with the Business and the Operational/Local HR
    Daily support to the Operational/Local HR managing expats to guarantee:
    The respect of the Company policies in terms of Global Mobility
    The guidelines compliance and adherence to the procedures connected to the Expats' management
    The sharing of the most updated information and trends about any Global Mobility topic
    Guidance in case of any Global Mobility related dispute
    An appropriate cost projection for any international long-term assignment/secondment
    Contribute to the definition of the Global Mobility compensation and benefits plan, through market and best practices analysis
    Support any Group initiative and project linked to the Global Mobility, and ensure the relevant correct implementation within the Company
    Support to the Finance, Legal and Operational/Local HR teams for any specific arrangement/agreement connected to the Global Mobility (e.g. Act as Company's Global Mobility Company Point of Contact for any relation with the Corporate and any other Hitachi BU
    Previous experience in global mobility would be a plus
    Planning
    Basic skills in Tax and social security
    Basic skills in Compensation
    Statistical analysis
    Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    Digital skills


    Languages:
    Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
    Any other language skill would be a plus.
