Industry leading b2b and b2c e-commerce solutions are a very important and fast-growing part of Brand Addition's professional services. We currently run 100+ white label web stores for our blue chip clients.

The E-Commerce Content Administrator reports to the E-Commerce Team Lead.


Your areas of responsibility will include to;

  • Updating and helping with content changes as and when required by the web team
  • Monitoring and keeping up to date with incoming new items and organising their photography and upload to our bespoke platform.
  • Be a real team player, who works well in close tandem with others.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport and communicate at all levels. Writing skills and grammar are very important.
  • Selfmotivated with strong organisation skills.
  • A keen eye for detail is a must.
  • You will be determined to go the extra mile to achieve results.


To join our ambitious team we are seeking an experienced individual who will be able to travel between the sites with occasional visits to our non-UK offices.


Who we are looking for

  • Good customer service experience within the field dealing with customers both internal and external regarding changes on projects
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure on tight deadlines with multiple projects
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Strong documentation skills, ability to communicate effectively, team player in a small but diverse environment
