BristolSalary: Up to £60k + PackageI am currently working with a UK Leading Housebuilder seeking a Planner to join their growing team in Bristol.

As Planner, you will be responsible for gaining planning permissions for land suitable for new developments that align with the companies regional growth and delivery plans.

As Planner, you will be responsible for:
Identifying potential new sites that can be passed on to the Development teamCarry out site appraisals - keeping in mind planning policies, planning history and technical constraintsAttend Committee meetings and provide reportsChecking planning agreements and drawingsMonitoring planning applications and maintaining reportsAs Planner, you will be expected to:Previously worked for a housebuilder or within the public sectorHave experience of planning permissions, appeals, negotiation and approval processesBe RTPI qualifiedHNC in Property / Construction related field (minimum)

Ideally have a Degree in Planning / Town or Urban Planning / Urban DesignThe successful Planner will receive:
