Role overview

This role is a hybrid working role with three days per week in our Nottingham Head Office.

Experience within Retail Recrutiment is beneficial, however not deal breaker.
A natural team player
You will have your core area to focus on, however we are one team and support one another when needed
Some experience in a 'Partnering' or 'Business Partner' type role would be beneficial to proactively engage with hiring managers opposed to transactional recruitment
Brings a natural curiosity and fresh perspective to the role, fostering an innovative approach to recruitment strategies, ensuring we stay ahead in the everevolving world of talent acquisition
Manage tasks with finesse even in the fastpaced recruitment environment, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle responsibilities effectively
Not being afraid of KPI's
We're not heavily KPI driven, however we are adopting new focusses on data and our impact on the business so an eye on delivery is key
