We are recruiting for multiple Warehouse Operatives at Cardiff following a recent £60 million investment into our Juice Centre Of Excellence.

Job Purpose
This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading FMCG businesses within the Warehouse division.

You will transport finished goods within the Chilled and Ambient Warehouses using fork lift equipment safely and to the highest standard.

The Warehouse Operative will also operate other warehouse machinery including palletising equipment where required.

Job Position

Working as part of the finished goods team reporting to the Finished Goods Team Leader, the role involves the managing transportation of finished goods for external customers and operating equipment within all warehouses including Ambient & Chill.

You will also be required to manage the packaging within the Warehouse and logistics at the Cardiff site.

You will identify stock discrepancies or shortages and communicating to Team Leaders / Despatch Controllers when anomalies happen.
You will ensure that the Princes Code of Conduct and policies are adhered to at all times.
You will actively promote high quality standards which includes accurately completing all reporting and recording procedures applicable to designated tasks including checking warehouse documentation and inventory for accuracy.
You will follow safe systems of work including working at height, manual handling and lock off procedures.
You will recognise and report faults / problems to the appropriate source and within the appropriate timeliness.

Experience Required

FLT Reach / Pivot / Counterbalance experience
Warehouse / Production experience or previous experience working within a fast paced environment
Health & Safety awareness
WMS Systems knowledge (SAP / Fiori would be an advantage)
Ability to work independently or as well as part of a team
Demonstrating "can do" attitude within the workplace
