We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Recruiter on behalf of a prestigious global search firm. Key Responsibilities:

4. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to anticipate talent demands and offer strategic insights to clients.
5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, valuable feedback, and guidance to candidates.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including hiring managers, HR personnel, and fellow recruiters, to streamline recruitment processes and achieve collective goals.
7. Compliance: Adhere to legal and ethical recruitment practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the finance or consumer finance sector.
• In-depth knowledge of finance principles, consumer finance products, and industry-specific regulations.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
