We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate Meetings & Events Waiter / Waitress to join our team at Fairmont Windsor Park Hotel. The successful Meeting and Events Waiter / Waitress will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has good communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure the seamless running of all events by providing an excellent and highly efficient service to our guests.
• Ensure our function rooms are set up and well equipped to make a private event a resounding success.
• Dealing with last minute requests & ensuring all food and beverage is served as per agreed standards.
• Ensure you comply with all Health & Safety regulations
Additional Requirements include
• Previous experience within a banqueting department or a luxury events venue
• Superb attention to detail
• The ability to work well in a busy and pressurised environment
• A good approach to teamwork
• Excellent personal presentation
• Resilience and drive to get things right first time
