AllstaffProfessional Services Division requires an HR Advisor for our prestigiousmanufacturer based in Paisley. You will be required to travel to another site,15 minutes away and due to location, own transport is essential. Hybrid workingmodel is available working 1 day from home per week.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.You will coach and guide line managers/team leaders in relation to performance management and support with the full cycle of recruitment.

Coaching, challenging and supporting linemanagers in the understanding and implementation of policies such asperformance management, absence management, disciplinary and grievance
Supporting with recruitment, developing roleprofiles, adverts and candidates selection and interviewing
Involved in HR policy development
Carrying out general HR administrative tasks

Ideally if you have worked in a manufacturing/industrial setting and have your CIPD or working toward this, that would be preferred.
