Cognition Learning Group is seeking Marketing and Communications Officers to support a newly awarded program in collaboration with the Department of Education.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Head of Marketing to help develop an effective marketing and communications campaign and strategy aimed at raising awareness, reputation and credibility of the programmes amongst all potential stakeholders.
- Working closely with the programme managers within the various programmes to identify priorities, assess impact of activities, coordinate events and collate information and feedback for future campaigns.
- Collecting data and feedback from all functions to help monitor, analyse and report on marketing and communications outcomes.
- Researching and utilising a variety of platforms and outlets to engage with our identified audiences (eg: Indeed, social media, blogs, vlogs, meetings, coffee mornings, events, webinars, education establishments and direct marketing, outdoor and other media such sa radio etc.)
- Working with PR Partners to collate information and text required to maximise opportunities across all media outlets and highlight successes.
- Actively seek and collate testimonials, experiences, feedback, case studies, quotes and videos for use in marketing activities.
- Other tasks in addition to those listed above as negotiated with the Head of Marketing UK/ Programme Manager,
To be considered you will
- Proven experience in a high profile marketing campaign.
- A recognised marketing (or similar/related) qualification.
- Ability to manage multifaceted/competing priorities.
- Experience of digital content & social media.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, with good time management skills.
- Knowledge of a wide range of marketing tools and options.
- Experience of working within branding guidelines.
- Ideally with some knowledge or experience of the recruitment or education sector.
