- Collaborating closely with clients, SMEs and sector specific organisations, co- design, create and publish, interactive and engaging web resources, content and tools for the education sector
- Produce informative and engaging information and materials that build engagement and drive knowledge.
- Oversee analysis and incorporate sector feedback into the design of learning resources and products.
- Conduct appropriate methods of analysis including workshops, industry research, user/SME interviews, observations, and data analysis.
- Develop innovative learning solutions/tools that create real impact for our clients.
- Apply an iterative design and development approach to reduce risks through early and frequent feedback and testing.
- Ensure quality of learning (i.e. experience and impact) through internal reviews and/or user testing prior to delivery to client.
- Relevant work experience as a curriculum resource developer/designer.
- Demonstrable experience of managing resource material development projects.
- Knowledge and experience of the education system, ideally the Early Years and Schools.
- Be comfortable facilitating design sessions with project stakeholders and SMEs.
- Demonstrable experience of implementing evidence-based research and sector led feedback into resource/material design.
- Have proven experience of conducting needs analyses and designing innovative solutions for both simple and complex projects.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal with proven experience of writing and editing materials for publishing and working with stakeholders in senior positions.

The Purpose of the job
We're in an exciting period of growth and looking for a Learning Designer to join our team in the UK to create engaging and impactful product, resources and tools for Educators and Leaders, with an initial focus on the Early Years and schools sectors.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent the Global Development team in proposal presentations, industry events, and other client functions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the sector, subject matter experts (SMEs) and other key project stakeholders to provide consultancy and advice on learning methodologies and technologies. You'll bring a wealth of experience in designing and developing digital and blended learning across various tools and industries.
