Role - Legal Counsel:
Reporting into the General Counsel and Senior Counsel, as Legal Counsel you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of general commercial, regulatory and legal compliance matters


This could include:

reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; handling dispute resolution and claims against the company; supporting on legal compliance matters; assisting with regulatory and regulator requirements; undertaking training and development to stakeholders; as well as other ad hoc matters.

Whilst the work is general commercial in nature, the General Counsel is more than happy to consider applications from solicitors specialising in other areas of commercial law


This includes:
corporate, commercial litigation, banking and other commercial disciplines.

Most important to the GC is that the new Legal Counsel is eager to work in-house, you have a real desire to handle a varied mix of legal work, and you are willing to learn about, and apply yourself, to new areas of law.
