PERMANENT ENGINEERING ASSISTANT - MILTON KEYNES K

Perhaps you are working currently an engineer apprentice, an engineering assistant or engineering stores and looking for a move or maybe you are working in a Purchasing department for an engineering company? We have a fabulous, progressive role for you with our MK client

  • Monday

  • Friday, 37.5 hours per week, office based but flexible on start/finish times
**Daily duties are likely to involve: - **- Working alongside the Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the right stock parts are onsite and that over ordering does not happen.

  • Communicating with suppliers/internal staffing in regard to relevant required stock
  • Maintain the stock department ensuring that all parts are visible and easily found whilst leaning stock part numbers
  • Working on the internal system to order, amend parts and other materials ensuring it is kept up to date
**In return, what we need from you: - **- Have a good knowledge of engineering parts

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Be an excellent communicator at all levels
  • Willingness to learn and progress
