    Job: Business Manager - New & Used Cars.Location - Staines.Salary: Basic £29,000 - OTE £56k
    Our client is an award winning independent dealer group. which operates across the UK. They are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead the new & used sales team in Staines.

    Requirements:
    • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in car sales or financial services.
    • Tenacious, enthusiastic, and personally responsible for team achievement.
    • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
    • Team player with a genuine interest in people.
    • Strong desire to succeed.
    • Ability to maximize sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional professionalism and customer satisfaction.
    • Goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Minimum of 12 months successful track record in customer-facing, target-driven Business Sales Management.
    • Valid UK driving license.
