Job Title:
Employability Trainer

Location:
Cambridgeshire

Contract:
Permanent, Full time

Pay rate:
up to £33,400 (depending on experience and qualifications)
HRG is seeking a dynamic
Employability Trainer to join our client's exceptional Employability team utilising their state-of-the-art facilities.


You will be empowering students to develop their skills and confidence to excel in the workplace and to reach their full potential.


You will work on site with students and off site within the community networking to build valuable relationships with referral partners.


Must have:


  • UK experience
  • PTLLS qualification
  • GCSE Maths & English
  • Assessor Award A1 of equivalent
  • IQA
  • Able to work some evenings and Saturdays if required.
