    Description

    As the Performance Account Manager, you will lead the day-to-day output across the Auto-services side of the Halfords account. You will confidently take objectives and quantify briefs to create achievable media deliverables. You will work with the wider client team, channel specialists and Retail counterpart to ensure all performance campaigns are aligned with broader communications channels and are of a consistently high standard.

    Skills:

    • A deep understanding of all media channels, specialist propositions and the wider media planning and buying processes and ways of working
    • A strong grasp of Retail pathways and key performance indicators. In particular, experience driving footfall/bookings via difference mediums
    • Familiarity with attribution and measurement solutions using tools such as Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, Facebook Analytics & Google Trends Key analytical capabilities and confidence in the manipulation of large data sets and a demonstrable passion for producing effective and innovative work and a history of designing test and learn methodologies into campaigns
    • Strong project management skills, great attention to detail and a passion for marketing and media excellence and client service.
    • A natural relationship builder, keen to create and foster strong relationships internally and externally to the agency
    • Developing excellence in story-telling and narrative building to deliver impactful, persuasive proposals to clients

    Day to day responsibilities:

    • Reporting into the Performance Account Director, the Auto-Services Performance AM will ensure full integration and excellent management of Auto-Service Campaign activity
    • Lead on collating and compiling planning recommendations into an overall, coherent, effective story and recommendation.
    • Confidently debate and challenge the brief and timescales.
    • Coordinate with other agencies/and or MG teams to formulate consolidated plans, and ensure delivery against this Use data and tools to provide evidence-based media strategies to meet client objectives which clearly describe how each channel contributes to performance goals.
    • Oversee an in-campaign cadence of specialists and planners reviewing the campaign performance and delivering insightful commentary and optimisation
    • Collaborating with other Performance Account Manager to ensure synergy between activation elements and campaign planning
