    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advice Quality Manager within our Advisory Services team. This new role is responsible for driving advice quality improvements across all areas of Wealth, Mortgage and Protection advice in line with the Advice Quality Framework and T & C Scheme.

    You will be analytical, considered, action orientated in your approach, delivery focused and able to work independently on your own initiative.

    Our ideal candidate will have experience of working within a Financial Advice
    Network with a broad understanding of Wealth, Mortgage and Protection advice and process standards, ensuring that all decisions are customer centric.

    Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

    As an Advice Quality Manager, you will lead the oversight of the Distribution Advice Quality results, where you will be monitoring the quality of advice provided by advisers and where appropriate, provide updates to the framework, to continually support advisers deliver quality advice and good customer outcomes.

    You will have the opportunity to shape and drive forwards improvements to the Advice Support Framework which enables advisers to deliver a robust and compliant customer journey and evidence good customer outcomes and business benefits.

    You will have an analytical approach to completing deep dives into Advice Quality outcomes to identify trends. You will lead on key initiatives to drive improvements to help advisers achieve the required business submissions quality and competency standards.

    This includes regular collaboration with key stakeholders across the business to drive technical expertise in helping advisers in achieving high skill levels and enhance key deliverables, in line with key initiatives and strategic objectives, with the ability to construct coherent plans to deliver against multiple objectives

    This role will directly impact and drive good customer outcomes and your work on monitoring and helping improve Advice Quality will contribute to the delivery of good customer outcomes.

    For this role, ideally you are able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
    • Quickly gets to grips with understanding unfamiliar businesses, processes, or products. Able to logically analyse and assess them.
    • Can independently manage a portfolio of work and balance the demands of maintaining high quality work and delivering to deadlines.
    • Can challenge and raise your point of view across to senior individuals and can defend it constructively.
    • Always able to exercise strong judgement, identifying key issues and suggesting appropriate solutions for them.
    • Have a methodical, analytical, enquiring mind and tenacity, while maintaining objectivity.
    • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to take complex issues and communicate them in a simple easily understood way.
    • Good technical knowledge, excellent in communication, and adept at problem-solving.
    • Strong understanding of COBS, ICOB, MCOB and FCA regulatory requirements
