work? If so, we are looking for you.

We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join
our Business Support team.


The role:

As a Business
Support Administrator you will provide reception and administrative support for
our Children and Families hub based at Briercliffe. This is a varied and
rewarding role which can include assisting families with queries, via the phone,
goods, updating various databases and supporting the Operational staff.


What you will bring:

To be successful you
must be able to demonstrate good use of computer packages, have excellent
communication skills both verbal and written, and have the ability to problem
solve.
Experience of data
entry is preferable but full training will be provided. You must respect the
need for confidentiality of personal information and have knowledge of Data
Protection (GDPR), Equalities and Health and Safety requirements of working
within an office environment.
