    Our client is an international professional creative firm who are looking for a People Manager to join their team.

    In this role you will be working directly with the Head of HR, providing a full HR generalist service to the organisation and managing a team of 3 People Advisors.

    Take a lead on the development of the team of 3 HR Advisors, delegating, coaching and guiding them in employee relations matters and ensuring they grow professionally
    Building relationships with Managers and supporting them with people challenges when they arise
    Managing employee welfare, wellbeing processes, and business policies
    Managing global mobility casework for international transfers
    Supporting performance management, development, and reviews
    Co-managing companywide L&D processes and training programs
    Monitoring KPIs, such as absence and retention, and assist in corrective action
    Contribute to creating HR policies aligned with company culture
    Providing data analytics and insights to the leadership team, ensuring timely HR reporting
    Involvement in People Projects and the rolling out of 2024 People strategy

    This role also requires previous experience as a senior HR professional with management responsibilities, or exposure to coaching and mentoring and a passion to gain extensive management experience.
