    We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an accomplished People/HR strategist to join our Digital Services Business HR Leadership team. You'll report to the Global Head of HR – DBS and lead the development and execution of a comprehensive people strategy for the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across the organisation, with a particular focus on Talent, Organisation Capability, Culture and HR4HR.

    Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

    In this role you will:


    • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and align the AI people strategy with business priorities and goals.

    • Work closely with senior HSBC HR and business leaders to integrate the AI people strategy into key plans, budgeting, change, and people programs.

    • Conduct research and analysis to understand the current and future impact of AI on HSBC's workforce.

    • Identify key talent segments, skills, and competencies required for AI adoption.

    • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide change management plan to support the implementation of the AI people strategy.

    • Represent HSBC as a thought leader in AI talent management and people strategy at industry conferences and events.

    • Develop executive level narrative and communication materials to convey the workforce impact of AI and the criticality of responsible AI deployment.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:


    • Self-starting, adept HR/People strategist, with an appreciation of emerging technologies and enthusiasm for the opportunities they present.

    • Evidence of navigating ambiguity, with a curious mindset and expertise in delivering enterprise scale change/transformation activity.

    • Highly organised, analytical and resourceful, able to prioritise and deliver outcomes at pace.

    • Ideally evidence of driving and implementing strategies that straddle technology and HR/people.

    This role is based in: London with hybrid working.
