    Lead the development of proposals for new growth opportunities in the sorting and recycling sector ( i.e. plastic recycling, glass recycling) by interacting with internal Subject Matter Experts and the supply chain.
    Maintain a complete understanding of the sorting and recycling plants' (those assigned to you) performance at all times.

    Identify saving initiatives and prepare the feasibility studies for continuous improvement and optimisation projects for the sorting and recycling assets, and present them to manager and operation for approval.

    Lead on the technical designs of new recycling facilities, including concept technical solution development, costing, performance guarantees from suppliers by interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

    Experience in engineering background (Mechanical, Process, Industrial, Electrical) or in waste management and recycling sector
    Experience in developing feasibility studies and projects' business cases
    Experience in project planning, development and management skills
    Relevant experience in sorting and recycling process or similar industry (i.e.aggregates processing)
    Excellent skills in writing and delivering high quality reports and presentations.
    Ability to manipulate data to produce complex reports.
