Pro1 Recruitment are recruiting for an Administrator to join our reputable client based in the Erdington area. This is a permanent role within a busy commercial printing business.
This role will be working directly with the sales team.

Your day to day duties are listed below:

  • Data entry
  • Basic spreadsheet work
  • Completing reports and sales documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers and the sales team.
  • Collating sales information for reports and assisting the sales team with a range of administration functions.

Required skills are:

  • Good attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • A high level of organisation is key and you must be able to demonstrate good written and spoken communication skills.
  • You must be used to working in a fast paced and everchanging environment.
Core skills must also include computer literacy, and the ability to plan and manage a varied workload.


This is a 100% administration role; the role demands that you work at a high pace and have the ability to work using your own initiative.

Our client would want to help the individual develop their business administration skills, customer relationship and communication abilities; gaining the ability to progress within the business.

Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, one-hour lunch break. 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays.

Salary is ranged from £22,500 - £24,000 based on experience.
