Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Renewable Energy and Sustainability (£40,000)


The energy industry is undergoing a seismic shift towards a carbon-neutral and sustainable future, making this a pivotal time for energy recruitment.

Our consultant specialises in connecting the delivery of top-quality recruitment services throughout Solar, Wind, Hydrogen, Energy Storage, Energy Transition, Clean Energy & Sustainability.

Our client has 40 years of Green Energy Recruitment experience and are experts within the Energy Sector. Founded in 2014, the founder established a zero-carbon, renewable-energies recruitment agency.

The company has large expansion plans including them opening the London, Amsterdam, and Singapore offices within the last 5 years, hoping to expand into the US markets within the next few years.


  • Year 1: £35,000**:
- £45,000 OTE*
  • Year 2: £45,000**:
  • £60,000 OTE*
  • Year 3: £60,000**:
  • £85,000+ OTE*
  • *Preferred* strong academics, including strong A
  • levels, 2:1 or above from a respectable university.

  • Sales experience, B2B experience, commercial/office experience or customer facing work experience
  • Evidence of strong work ethic, e.g., work alongside studies, working difficult roles, working long hours or multiple jobs
  • Competitive or sporty flair, e.g., sporty individuals who have trained and competed at high levels or as a part of a team.
  • Confident and personable individual with strong in person and over the phone communication skills.
