Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and bright individual like you to fulfill the Product Support Analyst role within our dynamic environment.

This role sits within the Product Marketing team, which is responsible for the development of compelling marketing contentto support PGIM Investments' UCITS product suite and drive business development efforts.

This position will work closely with the Product Marketing and Product Management team to ensure consistency of product messaging and to facilitate on-going product supportto Sales, Marketing, and other business units within PGIM.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of content in materials through rigorous quality control, proofing, and data checking.
  • Coordinate and update fundspecific presentations, pitchbooks and sales ideas detailing overall fund positioning on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate and update Portfolio Manager biographies, fund and strategy profiles, and fund histories.
  • Partner with the compliance team to ensure timely and efficient approval of materials.
  • Develop and update slides and presentations to support sales meetings.
  • Respond to special requests from Senior Management.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in the production process.
  • Monitor industry and market events and the impact on designated products and related material.

Qualifications:


  • Understanding of financial markets and investment concepts.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and work with the PGIM Investments Sales, Marketing and Compliance teams.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and complete projects on a timely basis.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • An undergraduate degree and 1+ years of UCITS industry experience preferred.
