    Are you a successful temp bias Recruitment Manager seeking a role which offers leadership and management of like-minded colleagues in a positive working environment?

    This opportunity is based in Central Leeds within very easy reach of the train station in a modern and plush office space. You will be leading the team providing first class leadership and support to ensure a profitable cost centre and 'smooth ship is running well. Leading by example yourself in Primary, Early Years or Secondary Education, depending on your own experience and preferences using your skillset to provide the best candidates to meet the needs of your clients - mainly temporary but with some perm placements too, across Leeds and local region.

    To be considered, you should know all recruitment processes, legislation and terminology across temporary labour supply to hit the ground running and be able to pick up and run from day one with confidence. Managing your team s performance with direction and lending a hand, advice and positive management skills will see you all thrive together.

    Our client offers reduced hours during school holidays as extended hours are generally needed in this sector during term time. Salary on offer is GBP40-48k basic plus bonus and benefits.
