- Defining and creating a best-in-class finance function
- Developing and implementing first-class reporting, budgeting, and forecasting practices
- Establishing a rigorous reporting framework for financial risk assessment, including FX risks
- Supporting with financial strategy and planning

- A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Prior experience of successfully delivering a Finance
- Transformation and change management process
- Proven ability to structure, build and inspire a diverse team during a period of systemic change
- Experience of optimising technical systems & software
- Demonstrated capability in supporting business growth

Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a fast growing, global transport & logistics, company in their search for a Group Finance Director.
Reporting to the CEO, this is a newly created opportunity to develop and drive operational finance transformation projects and shape the impact finance has on the wider business.
