- To test assemblies in accordance with written test procedures and achieve production delivery targets.
- To be able to diagnose any faults on assemblies down to a component level.
- To be aware of company health and safety requirements.
- To understand and implement necessary anti-static precautions.
- To follow instructions as indicated on BOM and route cards
- To understand IPC standards with regard to own area.
- To actively participate in the Company's Continuous Improvement Programme.
- Reading and interpreting drawings
- Fault find to component level
- Able to use test equipment – digital multimeter, oscilloscope, power tools

Description
Test Operative required for established manufacturer. Training will be given to candidates with some electronic experience – practical or theoretical.Location:
Near Dartford
Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8am to 5pm, 1pm on a Friday.
Salary:
£11.44 ph x 39 hours pw + OT at time and a half when req'd
£23, pa, paid weekly.
Benefits include 25 days leave + BH, pension, uniform.
