About the role:

Providing top-notch telephone support, upsell/cross-sell products, and seize opportunities to boost sales. Master the art of customer care while adhering to company guidelines and procedures.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
  • Identify customer needs and leverage buying signals to drive sales.
  • Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales volume.
  • Effectively manage call objectives and maintain CRM system.
  • Achieve quarterly KPI targets.
  • Ensure accuracy and excellence in customer service.

About you:


  • Previous Customer Service experience within a sales environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Accurate data entry ability
  • Prioritization skills
  • Good administration and computer literacy
  • Excellent telephone manner
