    Your role at a glance The Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager Divisional Reporting, Commercial Finance Director and Senior Leadership in providing financial leadership and insight to LGIM. The role involves managing a team of 5-7 finance analysts to deliver high-quality, timely and compelling actionable insight to senior stakeholders and commercial teams, whilst championing and driving the use and development of data visualisation tools (Tableau) throughout the division.They will be a key stakeholder for FP&A interactions with the LGIM Finance Business Partners, and LGIM Business Managers, requiring strong collaboration with other functions, such as Strategy, Financial Control and Group functions to ensure effective governance and control of the business unit's financial activities. What you'll be doing
  • Production of management information and analytics for senior management, LGIM business units, LGIM Management Committee members, and for Board meetings
  • Provision of analysis and insight for LGIM (delivery against plans, revenues, cost base, resourcing and activities)
  • Performance of ad-hoc analysis and review of areas of financial and commercial focus for the division
  • Supporting our transformation road map to deliver self-serve analytics
  • Involvement in Finance projects, e.g. the implementation of new reporting processes
  • Involvement in LGIM Planning and Forecasting processes
  • Qualifications
  • Qualified Accountant (CFA,ACMA,CIMA, ACCA ,ACA)
  • Experience in leading high performing teams
  • Experience using data visualisation (Tableau) and analytics (Alteryx) tools
  • Experience in the Asset Management Industry preferred
