Trinity Business Support are currently looking for a Transport Administrator for our Middlesbrough based client.Due to an expansion of their business, our client is now looking to add to their team.
Duties will include:
- General office administration
- Booking vehicle in for inspections, servicing and repairs
- Managing staff holiday accounts
- Inducting visitors to site upon arrival
- Updating company spreadsheets
- Supporting both the accounts and marketing departments
- Calling drivers to issue work details
- Updating fuel accounts
- Data input
- Checking drivers licences and updating the company software system
Experience required:
- Microsoft office experience, including word, excel and outlook
- PC literate
- Transport experience is advantageous
- A good level of customer service experience
Hours / Pay & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday
- 30 minute break per day

£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
