Description
Trinity Business Support are currently looking for a Transport Administrator for our Middlesbrough based client.

Due to an expansion of their business, our client is now looking to add to their team.


Duties will include:


  • General office administration
  • Booking vehicle in for inspections, servicing and repairs
  • Managing staff holiday accounts
  • Inducting visitors to site upon arrival
  • Updating company spreadsheets
  • Supporting both the accounts and marketing departments
  • Calling drivers to issue work details
  • Updating fuel accounts
  • Data input
  • Checking drivers licences and updating the company software system

Experience required:


  • Microsoft office experience, including word, excel and outlook
  • PC literate
  • Transport experience is advantageous
  • A good level of customer service experience

Hours / Pay & Benefits:


  • Monday to Friday
  • 30 minute break per day
- £21,000 - £23,000 per year (dependant on experience)
