To provide a leading Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service to clients with the aim of early return to work. This involves a positive bio-psychosocial approach combining functional assessment with evidence-based treatment which is underpinned with excellent clinical care.
The role will provide the following services on a remote basis; triage phone calls, supported self-management, functional restoration programmes, DSE & Workplace assessments.
Although this role requires hybrid working, the post holder must be flexible to cover clients' sites within the Tilbury, Essex area and on a rare occasion travel up to two hours within working hours.
Provide accurate, detailed, and appropriate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to employees on a remote or face-to-face basis.Always maintain clinical objectivity and impartiality in line with occupational health guidance.
Deliver effective evidence-based rehabilitation that adheres to national clinical standards.
Clinical Physiotherapy Qualification.
Post-graduate training in Occupational Health/Ergonomics.
Previous experience or an interest in Occupational Health Physiotherapy.
