    Multi-trades Recruitment: Gas and Plumbing Engineer

    Multi-trades Recruitment is supporting a reputable family-owned business in finding the perfect candidate We are seeking a skilled and motivated Gas and Plumbing Engineer to join the dynamic team. The company specializes in Plumbing & Heating, Drainage, and Electrics services across the Gloucester and surrounding areas.

    Shifts

    7.30am-5pm, Monday - Friday

    Salary

    £45,000, rising to £49,000 after successful probation, plus Bonus Scheme

    Benefits

    Company Van, Pension, Holiday (28 days paid annual leave, rising up to 33 days with length of service)

    Role and Responsibilities

    1. Perform breakdown and service tasks related to gas appliances, plumbing systems, heating, and drainage in residential settings.
    2. Demonstrate proficiency in reactive maintenance, fault diagnostics, and domestic appliance servicing.
    3. Install gas appliances with precision and adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.
    4. Communicate effectively with both customers and office staff, serving as the face of our company.
    5. Uphold our commitment to excellence and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
    6. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling products and services to customers.

    Requirements

    Fully qualified Gas Engineer with minimum ACS certifications: CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, CPA1, CKR1. Strong background in fault diagnostics, domestic appliance servicing, and gas appliance installation. Proficiency in plumbing work with a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing environments. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Possess a full driving license, subject to annual checks. Ability to upsell products and services effectively.

    Desirable Skills

    MET1 certification. Experience with LPG, Oil, Unvented hot water systems, Part L Energy Efficiency, Renewables. Please apply with an up to date CV for a call back
