- Develop visually appealing and user-friendly designs for various digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
- Optimise designs for responsiveness, usability, and performance across different devices and screen sizes.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- Work as part of the Fluid Ads Marketing Team to create assets, develop digital outreach and support the company's own lead generation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and project milestones.
- Maintain organised files and documentation of design assets for easy access and future reference.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, or related field
- Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) and familiarity with prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of front-end development principles is a plus.
