Are you a Senior Finance Professional, looking for new opportunities and interested in working for one of the UK's most recognisable brands? My client, based in Banbury are currently looking to recruit a Head of Finance on a permanent basis and could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Working on a hybrid basis a reporting directly to the CEO you will be responsible for overseeing the running of the full finance function including management of 3 team members.

Leading from the front you will maintain a robust financial operation, looking to continue to improve on financial performances and ensure compliance is continued.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain financial accounting and reporting process, whilst proposing and implementing improvements if necessary
Manage cashflow forecasting
Provide sound financial analysis to senior management and commercial teams
Production of reports for stakeholders, CEO and board members
Provide the finance team with leadership and direction to meet objectives
Manage company assets to ensure full compliance with legislative requirements
Coordinate annual budget processes including board approval and reforecasting if necessary

Previous people management experience is a must, as is the ability to work with senior management including key stakeholders and board members.

This is a hybrid role that requires you to be on site a minimum of 3 days a week in Banbury.
