    We are recruiting for aQuality Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that productsand services meet or exceed established quality standards andregulatory requirements. They oversee quality control processesimplement quality improvement initiatives and collaborate withvarious departments to maintain a high level of quality throughoutthe organization.     The QualityManager plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing thequality of products and services produced by the organization. Thisrole involves developing implementing and overseeing qualityassurance processes ensuring compliance with relevant standards andregulations and driving continuous improvement initiatives tooptimize qualityperformance.

    Responsibilities:

    QualityAssurance:

    • Developand implement quality control and assurance procedures to ensurethat products and services meet established quality standardsspecifications and regulatoryrequirements.
    • Establish and maintain qualitydocumentation including quality manuals procedures and workinstructions.
    • Monitor and evaluate theeffectiveness of quality assurance processes and make necessaryadjustments to ensure consistentquality.

    QualityImprovement:

    • Identifyareas for quality improvement and develop strategies to enhanceproduct and service quality across theorganization.
    • Lead crossfunctional qualityimprovement projects applying methodologies such as Six Sigma Leanor other relevant approaches.
    • Collaborate withteams to implement best practices and process enhancements thatdrive continuous qualityimprovement.

    ComplianceandRegulation:

    • Ensurecompliance with industryspecific quality standards regulations andcertifications relevant to the organizations products andservices.
    • Stay informed about changes inregulations and standards and update quality processesaccordingly.
    • Prepare for and participate inexternal audits and regulatory inspections related toquality.

    Quality DataAnalysis andReporting:

    • Collect andanalyze quality data identifying trends and areas of concern andgenerating reports for senior management.
    • Usedatadriven insights to make informed decisions and recommendationsfor qualityimprovements.

    SupplierQualityManagement:

    • Collaboratewith the procurement team to establish and maintain supplierquality standards and expectations.
    • Conductsupplier audits and assessments to ensure that suppliers meetqualityrequirements.

    TrainingandEducation:

    • Providetraining and guidance to employees at various levels on qualitystandards processes and best practices.
    • Fostera culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout theorganization.

    CrossFunctionalCollaboration:

    • Collaboratewith product development manufacturing engineering and otherdepartments to ensure that quality considerations are integratedinto all stages of the product lifecycle.
    • Workclosely with customer support teams to address and resolvequalityrelated customerconcerns.

    QualificationsandRequirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field such as Quality Management Engineeringor a related discipline. A relevant professional qualification(e.g. CQM CQE) is advantageous.
    • Provenexperience (typically 5 years) in quality management or a relatedrole within a relevant industry.
    • Strongunderstanding of quality standards regulations and methodologies(ISO 9001 ISO 13485 etc.).
    • Experience inimplementing and leading quality improvementinitiatives.
    • Proficiency in data analysis toolsand quality management software.
    • Excellentcommunication interpersonal and leadershipskills.
    • Strong problemsolving abilities andattention to detail.
    • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively within crossfunctionalteams.
    • Familiarity with relevant regulatorybodies andrequirements.
