Technology Sales Manager £100k OTE
A fantastic new opportunity for a technically savvy sales manager.

They are developing a product that will be used to test materials by huge organisations and research institutes around the world.

They are expanding the commercial staff to support rapid expansion.
To optimise the process, they require a results-driven, experienced, and collaborative technical Sales Manager.

Prospecting and closing strategic clients, as well as assisting the technical team's product demos and industrial trials, will be priorities.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, developing new procedures and sales. A background in sales technology is required.

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets is required, as is the ability and willingness to lead a newly formed sales team.

To reach sales targets, close deals swiftly.
To maximise sales productivity, prioritise offers.
Create and execute a winning deal strategy.
Assist the technical team with product demos and industrial trials.
Create, fine-tune, and implement innovative prospecting techniques.
Contribute to the sales process by providing ideas, leadership, and execution.

Provide information on consumer demands, issues, and possibilities to marketing and product development teams.

A technological background is required - Electronics/Hardware or Software and ideally a scientific, materials, simulation background.
£75k base (may be increased for extraordinary performance) plus £25k bonus and commission. £100,000 OTE.
