To build an achievable asset plan that includes correctly prioritised and executable workscopes ensuring platform Integrity, Operational and Maintenance activities are carried out to meet the requirements of the asset, company and legislative requirements in liaison with the onshore planner.

Ensuring all data entered in to maintenance management system (Maximo) is of a high quality without compromise and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead offshore planning and help to improve the standard planning/scheduling procedures and protocols across the asset
  • Schedule and produce detailed plans for all Maintenance activity from Maximo using the Primavera P6 Planning tool
  • Coordinate weekly Maintenance Scheduling / Planning site call prior to issue of weekly plan and 14 / 35 Day Look ahead
  • Deliver 14day frozen Maintenance plan resource levelled including Backlog and CM work.
  • Carry out daily updates to Maintenance plan and monitor progress and effectiveness and ensure work is closed out on completion, assess impact of any plan variation and report
  • Ensure that the focal points of the individual activities supply all details and regularly update progress
  • Generate Routine & Breakdown work order lookaheads, ensure these are highlighted to team leads and into schedules / Maintenance plans as prepared activities
  • By accurate grouping of work, ensure effective and efficient delivery of all activities within the maintenance schedule / plan. Ensure all activities are scheduled by priority and are able to be completed by target finish dates.
  • Optimise vendor / specialist activities ensuring no mobilisations takes place where comprehensive work preparation is not complete, materials not available and work is executable
  • Ensure the integrated planning process minimises plant downtime and optimises resources to ensure the completion of all maintenance activities
  • Interface with Discipline Supervisors & Team Leads in execution of work orders/maintenance activities
  • In conjunction with the Asset Support Team, ensure adequate resources are identified for planned activity.
  • Represent Maintenance Team at all site Short and Long term planning meetings
  • Interface with TAR coordinator with regard to pre/postTAR activities and also TAR specific critical activities
  • Control breakins to Maintenance Schedule / Plan, monitor and report performance in this area
  • Maintain effective communications with all parties involved in the generation, compilation and implementation of all maintenance planning activities
  • Lead weekly site planning meeting, daily Work Order review meeting and YTT (Yesterday / Today / Tomorrow) performance and prioritisation review with maintenance and operations teams. Issue agreed plans and action logs, ensure necessary information is available offshore
  • Management of deferred activity to ensure timely liquidation
  • Produce current physical progress reports and final job statistics to include schedule compliance, deferral, vendor and backlog reports and trends.
  • Recognise and implement, in conjunction with team leads, service integration opportunities or efficiency improvement opportunities
  • Responsible for ensuring engagement with key internal and external stakeholders for plan entry and execution readiness, plan optimisation and identifying potential SIMOPS clashes
  • Offshore owner of both 90 day plan and 5 week look ahead, ensuring that all planned and corrective maintenance is effectively scheduled to meet requirements taking in to account the activities in the asset plan and associated vendor requirements
  • Ensure, in conjunction with the ICP, Maintenance Supervisor, Production Supervisor and Integrity Engineer that all assurance activities are carried out on schedule and comply with the installation's verification scheme
  • Responsible for reviewing prioritisation of all corrective work to ensure corrective work order priorities are accurately assigned

Key Skills / Qualifications / Competencies
