  • Supporting the Executive Head Chef & Head Chef with preparation of hot and cold food for breakfast, lunch/and/or dinner service
  • Running small sections of the kitchen during service
  • Ensuring a consistently high level of food service at all times through knowledge of menu items and awareness of commodities used, preparation, methods, allergens and cooking
  • Assisting as necessary with stock control and identifying methods for improving food service
    • The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in food preparation or professional cookery and Level 2 Food Hygiene (desirable) Hours of work 39 hours per week on a rota basis between the hours of 6.00 am and 10.00 pm including some weekends.
