The directorate for Adult Social Care and Health has a compelling vision for Adult Social Care due to the rising demand and whole system challenges.

As our Programme Management Officer, you will support the ongoing development and implementation of various change work to support the East Riding care offer, promote wellbeing, prevention, and maximise people's independence.


What you'll be doing
The Programme Management Officer post covers a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of the change objectives.

Using your exceptional organisation skills, and an aptitude for detail, you will:

  • ensure effective governance across all workstreams within the change programme
- support in the development and maintenance of workstream plans, ensuring all programme documentation is accurate
- ensure a consistent approach to collating necessary programme reports and updates
- monitor the delivery of workstreams and sub projects against plans, chasing and challenging progress as appropriate
- be proactive in identifying and monitoring risks, interdependencies and issues, and taking action accordingly
- support in the delivery of the programme communication and engagement plan, including the production of presentations and reports for senior management
- support the programme team with ad hoc requirements
