- Develop and maintain overall level 1 and level 2 project schedules and milestone plans covering all project activities up to beneficial operation including permitting, internal and external approvals, OSBL scope and Main Automation Vendor and licensor activities.
- Ensure project schedules are correctly aligned to the project's Work Breakdown Structure and assist in the development of the Work Breakdown Structure for EPC and Commissioning project phases.
- Plan for and manage the validation and risk assessment of the project schedules including the use of 3rd party market studies or independent auditing / validation activities where necessary.
- Oversee the development, validation, and integration of level 1, 2 and 3 schedules by the FEL 3 contractor.
- Work to ensure all project processes and procedures covering the planning, scheduling and progress monitoring activities are well understood and efficiently followed by the project team and all contractors.
- Have at least 10+ years project planning and scheduling experience working for an operator on major chemical, petrochemical or oil and gas projects, including front-end, detailed design and construction phases.
- You must have unrestricted UK working rights to be eligible to apply.
- Highly experienced with scheduling tools such as Primavera and MS Project.
- Be Degree qualified in engineering or other related discipline.
- Recognised accreditation from professional bodies would be advantageous.
