Description

ServiceNow Technical Architect plays a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and driving strategic transformational change of solution deployment.

~7 to 10 years experienced in various ServiceNow Platform and modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM & SAM Pro) and Integrations Implementations and Support
~ Understand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines of ServiceNow
~ Architect is responsible for evaluating an organization's business needs and determining how ServiceNow support their IT needs.
~ Gather, document, and create solution proposals throughout the ServiceNow Platform
~ A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies.
~ Excellent technical knowledge on ServiceNow Platform
~ Very good knowledge & experience in using ServiceNow ITSM Integration and ITOM, ITAM (HAM & SAM Pro), CSDM.
~ Preferred to possess good knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology or trainable in this area.
~ Ability to design a ServiceNow architecture that satisfies a client's requirements.
~ A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies.
