An exciting opportunity to join the Homerton University Hospital as a post CCT fellow.

We are looking to recruit a post CCT fellow to complete our staff of 16 Consultants, 4 post CCT fellows, 12 Registrars and 13 SHOs.

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology is a busy and innovative department. The Obstetric unit has approximately 6000 deliveries per annum with a high proportion of high risk cases.

The Delivery Suite is supported by a level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and as such, attracts a large number of in utero transfers.

We have a tertiary referral Fetal Medicine Unit with 4 Consultants and 3 specialist midwives.

Within Gynaecology there are specialist clinics in the following areas:
endometriosis, colposcopy, infertility, urogynaecology, vulval disease, perineal clinic, acute gynaecology, out-patient hysteroscopy and early pregnancy. There are 5 Consultants with an interest in mínimal access surgery. There are also 3 fertility consultants who contribute to the gynaecology services. We have specialist joint maternal medicine clinics with neurologist, rheumatologist, endocrinologist, haematologist, gastroenterologist and cardiologist. We also work closely with perinatal psychiatrist as we have a Mother and Baby Unit on site.
