The Role


You will also be responsible for supporting, developing and motivating your team, currently comprising a Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager.


You will identify, engage and deliver opportunities with prospective new clients and you will need to work closely with our strategy, client service, creative and production teams to create and implement successful sales and marketing plans and campaigns.


We need to make sure we're front of mind whenever our prospective clients require solutions in our core capabilities of Brand Strategy, Creative and Content Production, so they need be both aware and engaged with our proposition.

Then we must convert their interest into opportunities


You will actively seek out new growth opportunities - they could be in the form of new market opportunities, identifying client needs and developing strategies for meeting them, or working with the Board on new services we could either acquire or invest in, to better position us for success.


You must be results-driven and the role requires a solid understanding and experience of both marketing and business development, with the ability to define and lead strategies to help shape the growth of the business.
