Logistics Outbound

• Maintain the daily Outbound orders report, ensuring that all orders are booked, collect / shipped on Time
• Monitors and tracks order aging against SLA's - Time & Cost
• Report Carrier Performance for all Channels on weekly basis
• Assist in developing the Customer Bible specific to Outbound
• Maintain Carrier Relationship for all suppliers
• Assist in checking outbound cost for all suppliers
• Lead Booking In with customers & developing documents
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Filing and storing up-to-date documents.
• Create invoices and bills.

Logistics Inbound

• Responsible for accurate and timely co-ordination of Inbound Trailers / Purchases orders
• Assist with supporting on closing systematically all PO
• Reporting all Inbound failures with Sourcing & Finance

Working Hours

• The Role is 5 days a week / 40 Hours
• The Operations within 3PL is active from Sunday to Friday – Non Peak & 7 Days Operation in Peak ( Nov & December)
• The Operation hours within 3PL is from 6:30 – 22:00 Hours
• The Operation manager will define the Shift Pattern & working hours accordingly.
• The role is based out of Dunstable Warehouse - LU5 4RZ – It's full time office based role.
