Aftersales ManagerKEY RESPONSIBILITIESUndertaking Class IV MOT tests adhering to strict DVSA/Government guidelinesTo ensure vehicle tyres are fitted to manufacturer specification and thoroughly examined with any problems reported to the Service/Aftersales Manager.

Maximise tyre and steering alignment sales opportunities.
Ensure all work is carried out observing safe working practices of self and others.
Ensure that workshop housekeeping standards are always maintained including the use of special and personal tools.
Skills & RequirementsEssentialHold the relevant MOT Tester qualification.
Manufacturer tyre fitting trainingRelevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ accreditationGood organisational and planning skills.
Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT.Energy and enthusiasm.
Full UK driving licence.
Smart appearance.
ExperienceDesirableRelevant manufacturer experience
