T&C Gardens is a small & fast-growing Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping company based in Swindon.

We work in partnership with a large commercial grounds maintenance company, allowing our teams to work in both commercial & private garden environments.

Maintenance duties will include:
grass cutting, hedge trimming, litter collection, border maintenance, and reporting of hazards when on sites.

Along with our ongoing grounds maintenance contracts, you will also support the delivery of a range of commercial and domestic hard and soft scaping projects.

Essential criteria:

Applicants must have previous experience with power tools, such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, strimmers etc.
Full UK driving licence essential. Suitable applicant must be reliable and be able to get to Royal Wootton Bassett or to site location early in the morning (from 7am).
Grounds maintenance experience

Desirable criteria:

Experience of grounds maintenance desirable, but full training will be provided.
Experience of using power tools desirable, but again all training will be provided with regards to tools & equipment.

Applicants must have a positive can-do attitude towards work, good interpersonal skills & the ability to speak informatively and professionally with our clients.

This is a public facing role, so we expect applicants to conduct themselves professionally at all times.

Applicants will provide a high quality finish to all work carried out and have a keen eye for detail at all times, as well as ensuring that all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, and equipment is being kept in a safe working condition.
