Description

Within this role you will be responsible for providing business analysis across all HR projects, delivering against the team's portfolio of work.

You will also be expected to play a key part in articulating and presenting effective requirements proposalswithin a project or initiative, engaging with a range of stakeholders.

Experience Needed

  • Strong HR functional knowledge in Banking (ideally CIPD quailified)
  • Best practise for HR Operating Models.
  • Business Analysis approach and methodology
  • Ideally some Project Management experience (ability to run with a project on your own if needed).
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the Bank.
