- Responsible for pricing new enquiries and winning contracts.
- Managing project costs efficiently.
- Keeping control of variations on site and accurately recording their impact on final accounts.
- Preparation and presentation of monthly job cost analysis data.
- Assist in establishing client requirements and feasibility studies.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor.
- Ability to price effectively.
- HNC or Degree qualified.
- Good familiarity with JCT forms of contracts.
- Competitive salary up to £42,000 + Car Allowance £5000 + Pension + 25 Days Holiday.
