Description

The role will involve working with multiple stakeholders including client contact therefore we require a professional but outgoing personality, someone who can adapt quickly and positively to new situations whilst always displaying role-model behaviour.


Key Responsibilities:


European Key Account support:


  • Gain a strong understanding of the client expectations, visual merchandising standards and product specifications
  • Using advanced skills on PowerPoint and Photoshop create visual merchandising guidance to support product launches for the European VM team pulling from third party plans ensuring consistency at point of sale for consumers
  • Develop branded space guidelines, in alignment with new concepts/ project roll outs to support market implementation
  • Produce end of activity PowerPoint reports showcasing impacts made from visual merchandisers across European third party wholesale accounts

Account Executive Support:


  • Retrospectively evaluate the visual merchandising standards captured by the UK & Ireland VM team using our inhouse reporting tool. Provide concise actionable feedback to the Account Executive on the work of all 7 Visual Merchandisers weekly supporting their development and effectiveness in store.
  • Using the back office reporting tools, ensure the UK & Ireland VM team are equipped to deliver account SLA's by highlighting anomalies and resolving issues found with support of our inhouse data team.
  • Identify new ways of working within the team and have the confidence to make suggestions for improvements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Fully qualified & experience in retail VM, combining theoretical with practical experience

High IT skills across Microsoft suite

Experience with Photoshop

Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills

Full UK driving license, able to travel nationally if required

Strong professional relationship building skills across multiple levels. Able to handle objections, influence & motivate

Able to work to tight deadlines

Able to work autonomously but also take direction showing initiative
