Hours - 40 hours per week

Do you have previous experience working within the service industry including hospitality, care, NHS, etc?

Do you have previous experience providing leadership within a Housekeeping capacity?

Our client, a beautiful venue in Thanet, is looking to expand their team with a Head Housekeeper to join them on a permanent basis.

This role will be working 40 hours per week, 8am-4pm, including weekends.

Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies

Produce staff rotas
Ensure holidays and sickness are covered
Regularly monitor and review staff performance
Investigates concerns regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action
Provide leadership, support, and motivation to the housekeeping team
Must have previous experience in Housekeeping
Experience within a Housekeeping Supervisor/Head Housekeeper role is desirable
Proficient in utilising Microsoft Office packages
Flexibility to cover shifts as and when required to support the team, including weekends
