    Contract Support


    Work as part of the finance function in the Smart FM (previously ESI) business which is designed to support the operations team with delivery.

    Smart FM is a rapidly growing area within the CBRE business with several senior stakeholders heavily invested in its growth and success.


    This is a 12-month fixed term contract role, based out of the CBRE GWS Head Office at London Bridge, working hybrid.

    Responsibilities


    • Raise, close and handle PO's
    • Invoicing (and credit notes)
    • Management of client PO's
    • Monitoring, reviewing and documenting progress on projects
    • Managing of Amazon Payee portal including all uploads and compliance
    • Aged debt
    • UBR
    • SOX compliance
    • Reconciliations and tracking
    • Business Partnering
    Person Specification

    A confident and diligent individual with intermediate finance experience who can manage large volumes of data and information. Someone who is independent and a team player who is confident dealing with people of varying nature. Someone with initiative and attention to detail.


    • Experience working in finance
    • Preferred- to be working towards a finance/accounting qualification
    • 3+ years experience as a contract support

    Preferred:
    knowledge of how to use PeopleSoft and Coupa


    • Strong excel skills
    • Strong Inter-personal skills
    • Very strong organisation and ability to prioritise
    • Ability to manage large volumes of data and to manage trackers
